Most patients complete their treatment in a 4-day stay, designed to be seamless and stress-free:

Avoid aspirin or non-steroidal painkillers unless prescribed.
72 Hours Before
No alcohol, no smoking, and stop Vitamin E supplements.
General Health
Do not shave your head for 3 weeks; eat balanced meals.
The Night Before
No alcohol, caffeine, or smoking. Sleep well.
On the Day
Shower and wash your hair, eat a full breakfast, and wear a front-opening shirt.
The Day of Surgery
Your procedure lasts 6–8 hours and is managed for safety and comfort.
Morning
Shower, breakfast, wear button/zip-up shirt.
Consultation
Health check, blood tests, and hairline design.
Procedure
Local anaesthesia → follicle extraction (2–3 hrs) → lunch → implantation (4–5 hrs).
Aftercare
Scalp dressed, medications provided, transfer back to hotel with recovery instructions.
Post-Transplant Care

Share photos daily for the first 10 days, then at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months so our team can track your progress.
